Four things, all free
This is a non-profit association and nobody takes a fee for this work. Donations are welcome and fund what the association does.
Introductory seminar
A single session covering the three levels, what the inquiry is, and what it asks of you. Enough to decide whether to go further — and no obligation to.
Workshop
A longer session working through the early exercises together, with time for questions and for what comes up while doing them.
Individual coaching
For working at your own pace, or with something specific. Conversation and phenomenological exercises rather than instruction.
Training & research
Training days, consultation for teams working with existential health, and collaboration on feasibility work and instrument selection.

- Everything is free of charge. Donations are welcome and fund the association’s work.
- Response time
- We do this alongside full-time work, and we read everything ourselves. Usually a few days.
- Places
- Groups are kept small so the conversation stays real. If one is full we will say so and offer you the next.

- We keep your email only for as long as it takes to answer you and to arrange whatever follows. See the privacy policy.
