Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, keep it no longer than we need to, and never sell it. This page says exactly what that means.

Who is responsible
Nondualistiska Föreningen — Nonduality Sweden, organisation number 802552-3963, Box 582, 101 31 Stockholm, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@nonduality.se.
What we collect
This site has no contact form and no sign-up. Nothing you type is sent anywhere by these pages, because there is nothing here to type into. We hold personal data only in two situations.
- Email. If you write to info@nonduality.se, we hold your address and whatever your message contains, so that we can answer it.
- Analytics. Only if you consent: aggregated statistics about page visits, collected through Google Analytics. These say nothing about who you are.
We do not ask for, and would rather you did not send us, information about your health, your religious or philosophical beliefs, or anything else sensitive. If you do include such details in a message, we treat them as ordinary correspondence and delete them with the rest.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
- To reply to you and to arrange a seminar, workshop, conversation or collaboration. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering correspondence addressed to us, and yours in receiving an answer.
- To understand, in aggregate, how this site is used, so we can decide what to write next. Legal basis: your consent, given in the cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, after which it is deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will — one line back to the same address is enough.
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our website host process data on our behalf as part of delivering their service. If you consented to analytics, Google processes aggregated usage data. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU/EEA
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, it is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you may withdraw consent at any time — including by changing your choice through cookie settings. Write to info@nonduality.se and we will deal with it.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se.
We are not a care provider
Nonduality Sweden is not a health care provider. We keep no patient records, and nothing you write to us becomes a medical record. If you need care, please contact health services; in an emergency in Sweden, call 112.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
